Players are given an area selection tool when they first join the server. It's fine if you lost it! Type /lands selection to get a new one.
Using the selection tool to create an area is very easy!
Hold the selection tool in your main hand to enter selection mode.
Left on the corner block of the area you wish to make the subarea in.
Right click on the opposite corner of the area to complete selection (note that areas can only be selected in the shape of a right rectangular prism).
Type in the command /lands assign [AREANAME] confirm.
Enter the lands menu by typing /lands.
Enter the "Areas" menu.
Select the area you wish to modify!
